Visitors and renters are welcome in Palm Colony but are required to adhere to the Rules and Regulations set forth in Palm Colony’s documents. Particular attention should be paid to maintaining the appearance of the property, avoiding excessive noise that will disturb neighbors, vehicle parking regulations and the proper use of the pool and cabana areas.
The recreational facilities of Palm Colony (pools, cabanas, workout rooms, bathrooms and the Ivory Cane clubhouse) and the associated equipment are for the sole use of owners and renters. These general use areas are not authorized for the use of business related events or commercial functions. Out of respect for nearby neighbors, all activities should cease by 9:30 PM Eastern time.
The Pool-Area Facilities (pool areas, cabanas, clubhouse, one grill, etc.) can be reserved for special occasions with a guest list of 12 to up to 20 people. See the Recreational Facility Reservation Form. Please allow two weeks for approval. Out of respect for nearby neighbors, all activities should cease by 9:30 PM Eastern time.

-No glass anywhere in the pool area. It is very costly to clean the pool and area if a break should occur -Use of the pool and hot tub is prohibited after dusk. Dusk is 30 minutes after sunset.
-No diving into pool/NO CLIMBING ON OR JUMPING OFF OF THE CANARY ISLAND POOL PLANTER BOX.
Under Florida Law food and beverages are prohibited in the pool and hot tub and on the pool and hot tub wet deck area, except for commercially bottled water in plastic bottles which is allowed for personal hydration. The “wet deck area” is specifically defined as the area 4 feet around the edge of the pool and hot tub.
-Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the pool area
-Enjoy your music but use headphones so others can enjoy their music or just relax

Palm Colony general reminders: *Guest parking areas are for Guests only. Owners are expected to use their garage and/or driveways for their car(s). Guest cars must have the PLCA permit properly displayed on the dashboard. *Lee County and Bonita Springs each have a residential noise ordinance of maximum of 55 dBA (decibels) from 10PM to 7AM. For example, conversation at home is around 50dBA. *The speed limit for Palm Colony is 10 MPH. It is the responsibility of each owner to REMIND others of these rules.
