Nestled snugly within Pelican Landing, Palm Colony is an enclave of 120 coach homes, along the 5th and 6th holes of the Pelican’s Nest Golf Course.
Each residence has a screened lanai (some enclosed) and an attached garage. The dramatic architecture and privacy of Palm Colony provides for luxurious living. The central location allows for easy access to all of the Pelican Landing amenities.
Palm Colony has four shimmering lakes intersecting throughout the community with two recreation centers for the private use of residents and their guests, each having recently updated swimming pools and spas.
Pelican Landing provides an array of amenities as part of the annual fee. They include a Beach Park only accessible by a boat shuttle, Bocce, Butterfly Garden, Kayak/Canoe Park, Fitness Center, Pickle ball, Sailing, and 12 Clay Tennis Courts.
Fitness rooms and casual cabanas with kitchen facilities are available at both pool areas. A community center at Ivory Cane Pool is available for meetings and also contains an extensive, well maintained library.
Palm Colony is well managed by an owner-elected board of directors that has retained the day-to-day support of a highly respected association management firm based in Florida. Owners are invited and encouraged to attend board and membership meetings, and to participate on committees overseeing such things as maintenance of our buildings, landscaping, communications, and event planning.
