Annual Inspection
Announcements Notice: On Thursday, February 16th and Friday, February 17th, Cintas Fire Inspection will be conducting its annual fire inspection of all units in Palm Colony as required by Florida law. Please note that if no one is home at your unit, Palm Colony may authorize access to your unit in order to complete this inspection.

Board of Directors Election
Announcements By now, the owners of all units in Palm Colony should have received at least two mailings related to the upcoming election of persons to the Palm Colony Board of Directors. This election, and other important matters, will take place at our annual meeting to be held at 10:00 a.m.on February 7th at the Pelican Landing Community Center.

Please understand that there will be 4 openings on the Board of Directors, and that we have 5 candidates who have stepped forward to express their interest in serving on the Board. Each unit may cast one ballot in the election of Board members, with the 4 candidates receiving the greatest number of votes being elected.

The candidates who will be considered for the Board of Directors this year are Jeffrey (Jeff) Fenimore, Jim Pasko, Robert (Bob) Sontag, Erle Walton, and Donna Wojdula. Information sheets have been prepared by each of the candidates and are linked below.

A designated owner from each unit may mail their completed ballot to Alliant Property Management using the ballot and envelopes that have been mailed out for this purpose; or may turn-in their completed ballot at the annual meeting. In either case, the ballot must be properly filled-out with votes cast for no more than 4 candidates.

If you have not received a ballot and meeting notice, or have any questions regarding the election, voting procedures, or other matters that should be considered at the annual meeting, please contact Mike Fabian, our property manager, immediately. Annual Meeting & Board Election

Each owner should have received formal written notice of Palm Colony's annual meeting and election to fill vacancies on the Board of Directors. This important meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m.on Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at the Pelican Landing Community Center on Walden Center Drive.

Our owners are strongly encouraged to attend each annual meeting of the association to hear and discuss: (1) reports concerning key issues and matters addressed during the past year; (2) a financial report, including an overview of the 2012 budget; and (3) elect owners to serve on the Board of Directors.

There will be 4 Board vacancies to be filled at this meeting. If you or others you know are interested in being a candidate to serve on the 7-member Board, you/they must submit the required forms to Alliant Association Management no later than 4:30 p.m. on December 29, 2011.
