Annual Meeting & Board Election
Each owner should have received formal written notice of Palm Colony's annual meeting and election to fill vacancies on the Board of Directors. This important meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m.on Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at the Pelican Landing Community Center on Walden Center Drive.
Our owners are strongly encouraged to attend each annual meeting of the association to hear and discuss: (1) reports concerning key issues and matters addressed during the past year; (2) a financial report, including an overview of the 2012 budget; and (3) elect owners to serve on the Board of Directors.
There will be 4 Board vacancies to be filled at this meeting. If you or others you know are interested in being a candidate to serve on the 7-member Board, you/they must submit the required forms to Alliant Association Management no later than 4:30 p.m. on December 29, 2011.
